A Smarter, Cleaner Way
to Recover Critical Materials

Critical Materials Recycling has developed a proprietary process called Acid-Free Dissolution Recycling (ADR) to recover rare earth elements and critical metals from electronic waste and magnet manufacturing by-products.

Unlike traditional recycling methods that rely on aggressive acids or high-temperature metallurgical processes, ADR enables efficient recovery of valuable materials like neodymium and praseodymium while reducing environmental impact. The result is a more responsible way to extract critical resources from sources such as hard disk drives, magnet swarf, and industrial scrap streams.

How ADR Works

Acid-Free Dissolution Recycling (ADR) is designed to efficiently separate and recover valuable rare earth elements while preserving the recyclability of other materials in the waste stream.

Material Collection:

We receive feedstocks from electronics recyclers, manufacturers, and industrial partners, including end-of-life electronics and magnet manufacturing by-products.

Proprietary ADR Processing:

Using our acid-free dissolution technology, rare earth elements are separated from magnet materials and electronic components without aggressive chemicals or high-temperature smelting.

Material Recovery:

Recovered elements are refined into high-purity rare-earth oxides, metals, and intermediates that can be reintroduced directly into industrial supply chains.
